Description

50.29 hectares of olive groves, 14,800 olive trees in full production and increasing. They currently produce approximately 300,000 kg of olives and approximately 60,000 liters of oil.
80% Arbequina variety.
20% Hojiblanca variety.
The farms are located on gentle slopes, allowing for complete mechanization without any problems. The olive groves, calm soil, and pastureland are classified as Meso-Thermo-Mediterranean. Their annual sunshine is 2,700 hours, with 1,125 hours during the autumn and winter months. Annual rainfall is 648 mm.
The plantation is intensive, with a planting pattern of 7 x 5, and an estimated age of 10 years.
It has a drip irrigation system installed on the main network and approximately 10 hectares of land have been completed.
