It has common services such as several swimming pools, restaurant, supermarket, bus service to Nerja in front of the house, large garden areas, etc. Prices include: • 10% VAT. • Cleaning and preparation once a week. • Extra towel set per person. • Electricity, hot water and heating (except long season). • Use and enjoyment of the swimming pools when open, gardens and other common services. • Free Wi-Fi Internet access. * Minimum stay: 4 nights throughout the year and 7 nights in July and August.
